Tailored to Suit your Audience

Pre-Training Needs Assessment:

To best tailor the program, we offer a pre-training needs assessment to understand your service's goals and the specific knowledge or skills your audience seeks.

Content Customization:

We adapt the program content to focus on the specific needs and interests of your audience. For example, a program for educators could delve deeper into integrating refugee students into classrooms, while a program for healthcare professionals might focus on cultural sensitivity in providing medical care.

Focus Area Selection:

Participants can choose to focus on a specific aspect of the refugee experience most relevant to their service. Social workers might prioritize learning about the resettlement process, while community center staff could focus on building cultural understanding for recreational activities.

Interactive Activities:

We design interactive activities that resonate with your audience. Role-playing scenarios can be adapted to different service settings, while case studies can highlight real-world challenges faced by refugees interacting with your specific service.
